I write back

Not an autoresponder and not an assistant. I read every inquiry myself and reply with real answers to whatever you asked. If I am out on a session it can take a little longer, and you will still hear from me.

About fifteen minutes
A design call

We talk on the phone about your animal, what they are like on a bad day as much as a good one, and where the finished artwork is going to hang. That last part decides almost everything else.

When you are ready
We hold the date

A retainer secures your session and comes straight off the session fee. Nothing is charged before we have spoken.

Session day
We photograph, unhurried

Crystal handles your animal so you are not managing a leash and a camera at once. We work at their pace, and we stop when they have had enough.

Within three weeks
Your private gallery

Your edited photographs go into a private gallery of your own, ready within three weeks of the session. You choose artwork from it in your own time, with your family looking over your shoulder rather than a salesperson. It stays open for twelve months.
